Ffestiniog 50 - The Golden Jubilee Gala

A number of us were getting worried that the scheduled line-up of five Fairlies was going to be a damp squib with the strong evening sun beating down from over the Garth.  Peter Johnson stepped in and got Control to change the line-up to allow us to photograph it from the Harbour end, but a large number of people still decided to point their cameras at the sun.  I don't recall ever seeing so many people at Harbour station at one time, it was quite a struggle to just move around.
