Steam Railway Magazine Readers Weekend, September 2003

Michael Fish promised a gloomy day for Sunday, so nobody was surprised when the sun beat down and the only worried looks cast towards the clouds were photographers wondering if the fluffy thing would move out of the way before the train arrived! Prince was not first up the hill today, Velinheli went for a very early trip, and arrived back 'with three lumps of coal left' or so we were told! Not to be outdone, Prince found sunny conditions up the valley as he repeated the previous day's run.
