Tanybwlch Or Bust - The 2004 Vintage Gala

Two weeks before the 2004 Autumn Vintage Weekend, a quick visit to Boston Lodge to see K1 in steam also revealed the stock of the Flying Flea shut away in the old locomotive shed, just as they had been during the closure period.

Arriving on the Friday before the weekend, preparation were in full swing for the weekend's events.  The locomotive crisis had eased slightly as Earl of Merioneth went up the line as far as Rhiw Goch with Taliesin following boiler repairs, seen but just evading the camera!
